Do I get a refund if I deactivate additional team members from my account?

What are transaction fees, and how do they work?
Transaction fees are a small percentage applied to each booking or payment processed through Omnify. Higher-tier plans come with lower transaction fees. These fees are separate from any payment processor fees (e.g., Stripe).
What's the difference between Programs and Camps?
Programs are recurring classes that run on a weekly schedule — like swim lessons every Tuesday or gymnastics every Saturday. Camps are date-specific sessions, typically running over consecutive days during school breaks or summer. Both are available on all plans.
Do I need a technical team to set up Omnify?
No. Omnify is designed for business owners, not developers. You can set up your service store, create programs, and start accepting bookings on your own. Accelerate and Scale plans also include onboarding support if you'd like hands-on help getting started.
